In chapter 2, the kid is playing with the toy in super market, and the clerk tells him not to. When the kid complains to father about this, he storms inside the supermarket, and threatens the clerk. Mom starts throwing the toys from shelf.
I thought this was a bit of over reaction to what the clerk did. Imao, the job of clerk is to take care of the thinga in the shop, and by telling the child not to play with the toy, he was merely doing his job. The kind of reaction shown by the parents would set an bad example to the kid, dont you think?
